I have worked with Jon Garriott on multiple occasions. His desire is to understand what the customer needs/wants, and then to fulfil the customer’s expectation. His attention to detail is second to none, the quality of his finished products speak for themselves. Jon is an example of professional who is proud of what he does, visibly loves it and carries himself with upmost integrity. Jon is punctual and a realist with scheduling and keeping it. The job he did for us, installing two skylights was done on time, within budget and with outstanding quality. During our interactions, Jon observed discoloration on some of our internal shingles. He investigated the issue and pinpointed serious roof weakness that would have caused a nasty surprised during the rainy season. Jon activated his network of trusted subcontractors and two days later we had the roof repaired. We know that we can count on Jon at any time, his customer obsession and his skills.
Jon has done many projects for us over the past 13 years. He knows how to diagnose a problem, repair anything, construct anything, and do it all in a timely, cost effective way. He is a perfectionist at everything he does. He built a couple of entertainment centers for us with quality above anything you could find in a furniture store. He also constructed a couple of large water features for us, that we would put up against any landscape company around. He has finished doors, replaced windows, installed pavers, etc......you name it, and Jon can do it!
